Kris at Hometown Property Offers and his team made a transition for two disabled elderly sisters to sell and move from their beloved home as simple as possible. Moving can be a traumatic experience for elderly sisters who have lived together for many years and will be moving in different directions to be closer to family. Initial documentation was able to be signed electronically and Kris arranged for a mobile notary to come to their house to sign the closing paperwork, which was a tremendous help when you have mobility issues. Communication was easy through voice, text, and email with text being the primary and quickest form of communication. Kris checked in with us frequently and went above and beyond to answer all questions we had. Hometown Property Offers handled all arrangements with the different agencies involved with the sale of a house.
